Our History - ArquibPlus
Our story
Grupo Arquib was founded with the vision of combining family experience with a business that promoted both economic and social growth. Under the leadership of Oliver Quintero, Humberto, and Wilson Ibanez, the company was officially established in December of that year as Grupo Inversiones Arquib.
We began operations remotely, with a clear focus on three key areas: investments in growing companies, leveraging construction projects, and joint acquisition of discountable assets.
2015
2016
We overcame our first major challenge, solidifying the Group's reputation as a strong and proactive company in risk management.
We experienced significant organic growth, expanding our operations to include external clients, opening new offices, and developing a business consulting line, as well as outsourcing services.
2017 - 2020
2022
We launched our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, creating a Human Talent and CSR department. We carried out social initiatives with Escuela de Artes Casa Barco Foundation, Mujeres en Primera (the first women’s federated motorsport club in Colombia), and Wi Racing Team. Additionally, we received the Sello Fenalco Solidario, a certification that supports our commitment to ethics and sustainable practices aimed at integral, environmental, economic, and community development.
To offer more tailored services, the company evolved and rebranded as Grupo Arquib, forming a holding company that includes Arquib Consulting, Arquib Outsourcing, Arquib Factoring and Confirming, Arquib Plus, and others. During this period, we were recognized with the Sello ANDI, which highlighted our implementation of competitive strategies and our commitment to excellence and sustainability
